Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Officer to assist our sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
Key duties include processing orders, preparing quotations and sales reports, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with warehouse and following up with customers.
Requirements: Diploma or degree, minimum 1 year in sales support or administration, strong communication, attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
