Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Facilitate new employee orientation.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll and benefits processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Work is full-time from Monday to Saturday at our office located at 24 Emiliani St., Bacoor, Cavite.
