Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Business or related field)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Sales-related experience of at least six (6) months is an advantage but not required
- Strong interest in sales support, telemarketing, fieldwork, and client engagement
- Possesses a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
- Customer-oriented with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
- Adaptable, organized, trustworthy, and confident
- A team player with a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing, Lead generation through market research and cold calling.
- Learns products, its applications and linkages, and the market landscape.
- Maintains an updated database of existing customers’ contact persons, addresses, model of equipment, supplies purchased, process/discounts, proposals sent.
- Maintains an updated purchase pattern of customers.
- Initiates the purchases processes by sending timely sales proposals to customers.
- Visits and calls existing customers based on the approved itinerary.
- Ensures that customers’ purchases are correct.
- Provides front-line customer service to existing customers.
- Prepares and submits eligibility and accreditation documents.
- Applies for prospect credit line, submits credit application, and necessary documents to credit and collection.
- Informs sales coordinator regarding delivery arrangements.
- Responds to inquiries both from new prospects and existing customers.
- Performs other sales-related task that may be necessary or as assigned by immediate supervisor and MANCOM.
- Participate in Trade Shows and Marketing Events.
- Willing to do field works (if necessary).
- Monitor and reports the potential collaborators and competitors activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
