Job Description
Conduent seeks an Accounting Services Associate IV to perform technical accounting tasks following established procedures. You will organize data, lead small teams, verify journal entries and classifications, extract dashboard metrics, assist audits with documentation, maintain process and desktop procedures, and guide quality verifiers. The role requires vocational training or equivalent experience and developed technical skills across processes and systems. You will propose process improvements, provide subject-matter guidance, perform first-level tasks and quality checks, and work autonomously while coordinating assignments beyond your area as needed. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential.
