Job Description

We are seeking a Country Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations nationally. You will develop HR strategy, oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Lead and coach the local HR team, manage payroll and vendor relationships, and partner with senior leadership to drive talent development and organizational change. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 5 years HR experience with leadership exposure, strong knowledge of local labor regulations, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English.
