Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical partner for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of our solutions. You will manage client relationships, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver technical workshops, and provide strategic guidance to meet business goals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical account management or customer success, strong cloud and SaaS experience, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
