Job Description
Manages all kitchen operations including menu development, quality control, inventory and staff training. Responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff, enforcing sanitary gear and safety standards, monitoring production procedures, and overseeing maintenance of equipment. Prepares activity reports, maintains accurate raw material and food inventories, and ensures proper storage conditions. Must be open to graveyard/shift schedules and willing to be assigned to BARN, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE. Full-time, in-person position. Applicants attaching a resume/CV will be highly prioritized.
