Job Description
As Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs. You will analyze market data, ensure regulatory compliance, negotiate with vendors, and oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination. Partner with HR and Finance to develop total rewards strategies, prepare reports and budgets, and lead a small team to implement policies that attract and retain talent.
