Job Description
Lead sanitation and safety operations to ensure compliance with hygiene and regulatory standards. Coordinate cleaning schedules, inspect facilities, train staff on safe practices, and implement corrective actions. Monitor sanitation supplies, document procedures, and report safety incidents. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in facility operations or food environments, knowledge of HACCP/GMP/FDA standards, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts and conduct audits is required. Reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on continuous improvement and employee safety.
