Job Description
CPuentespina Design and Architecture is seeking a dedicated IT Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in BS Information Technology or BS in Computer Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support.
Your responsibilities will include installing hardware and software, troubleshooting system and network issues, providing technical support to end users, and conducting safety checks on computer equipment. Additionally, you will support the rollout of new applications.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule.
