Job Description
Crescendo is hiring a Dayshift Technical Support Representative for consumer electronics. This full-time, permanent onsite role in Pasig City offers Php25,00–Php26,00 monthly. Applicants must be at least high school graduates with a minimum of 6 months TSR BPO experience, able to start ASAP, and willing to travel 100%. Must have an active account for fast processing. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting devices, and escalating technical issues.
