Job Description
Lead the Global Controllership Center of Excellence, driving consistent accounting policy, financial close integrity, SOX/internal controls, and technical accounting across all regions. Partner with business leaders and external auditors to ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, improve processes, and implement scalable ERP controls. Build and mentor a high-performing global team, deliver clear governance and reporting frameworks, and support strategic initiatives and M&A activity. Requirements: 10+ years in controllership or audit, CPA or equivalent, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical accounting experience.
