Job Description
CXC Philippines is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You will maintain clean and accurate customer account data, supporting operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge and clean account data using CRM tools.
- Upload validated data using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders for updates.
- Conduct error analysis and correct inaccuracies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years in Sales Operations or CRM Administration.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract.
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month.
