Job Description
CXC Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, accurate, and reliable customer account data to support a data-driven business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform account data merging and cleaning using CRM tools.
- Upload validated account data using Salesforce Data Loader.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Communication, Business, or Computer Science preferred).
- 2+ years experience in Sales Operations or CRM Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term (6 months) | Salary: Php25,00 – Php35,00/month
