Job Description
CXC Philippines seeks an IT Operations and Coordination Specialist to ensure IT availability, reliability and security. Duties: monitor systems and networks, lead incident and problem resolution, coordinate technical teams, vendors and stakeholders, optimize processes and automation, ensure governance and data protection, support IT projects and maintain documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT or related, 2–5 years’ IT operations with incident management, familiar with ITSM/ITIL, strong analytical and communication skills. Full-time, 12-month fixed term. Salary Php30,00–70,00; health and life insurance; WFH flexibility; on-site.
