Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to prepare and manage bids, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
Responsibilities include managing tender schedules, compiling technical and commercial proposals, liaising with internal teams and clients, maintaining version control, and submitting compliant bids on time.
Requirements: minimum 2 years in tender administration or procurement, excellent written English, strong organization, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with contract terms, e-procurement platforms, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude is preferred.
