Job Description

Job Type: Full-time (Admin, Non-voice)
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage incoming emails
- Screen emails for appropriate forwarding
- Ensure timely follow-up on emails
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently
- Create centralized communication with clients
Requirements:
- Experience with confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
