Job Description
We are seeking a Short Term Rental Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio. Responsibilities include handling bookings and guest communications, coordinating check-ins/check-outs, scheduling cleaning and maintenance, optimizing listings, and monitoring occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate has excellent customer-service and organizational skills, familiarity with platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, basic revenue management, and the ability to respond to issues quickly. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work flexible hours. Prior experience in short-term rentals or hospitality is preferred.
