Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff; manage inventory, visual merchandising, and cash handling; monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet targets; maintain store standards and compliance; and resolve customer and staff issues. Candidates should have 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting, and availability for flexible hours. A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
