Job Description
DDC Land Inc. seeks a full-time Maintenance Team Leader to manage facility maintenance and lead a small team. Candidates must have proven leadership as Head of Maintenance or Supervisor, strong electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising preventive and corrective work, scheduling, inventory control, contractor coordination, staff training, compliance with codes, and budget management. Salary Php17,00–Php19,00/month. Work location: on-site. Preferred: vocational/technical diploma and maintenance certifications.
