Job Description
DDC Land Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to manage facility maintenance, focusing on electrical and plumbing systems. Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs; develop schedules, SOPs, and work orders; monitor equipment performance; manage inventory and budget; coordinate contractors; and train and evaluate staff. Must have proven leadership in maintenance, strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ability to read schematics, excellent problem-solving and communication, and attention to safety. Vocational/technical diploma and relevant certifications preferred. Full-time, on-site. Salary Php17,00–Php19,00 per month.
