Job Description
Role Purpose: Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end business processes across Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure plans are executed and performance improves month over month. Responsibilities: map workflows and SOPs, lead rollouts, coordinate adoption, set KPIs and dashboards, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement and automation. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations; 5–10 years in operations/process management; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; strong analytical and documentation skills.
