Job Description

D’emploi Human Resource Management Services seeks an Accounting Specialist in Quezon City (on-site, full-time). You will manage accounts receivable and payable—processing invoices, tracking and reconciling payments, supporting month- and year-end closes, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, assisting budget tracking and cost allocation for construction projects, and aiding audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred; proven AR/AP experience (construction preferred); solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge; proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP); high integrity, strong attention to detail, organized, excellent communication, and able to start ASAP.
