Job Description
We seek a licensed Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction of prefabricated housing that is functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, layouts and presentations; preparing working drawings, specifications and cost estimates; collaborating with clients and project teams; conducting site visits to ensure design and quality compliance; and integrating sustainable, innovative building solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, licensed in the Philippines, at least 3 years’ relevant experience (prefab experience a plus), proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, strong design sense, attention to detail, and project management skills. Location: Quezon City. Job Type: Full-time, in-person.
