Job Description
We are hiring a Bookkeeper responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices and payroll support, and assisting with monthly reports. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero), attention to detail, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and strong Excel skills. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely closing. Organized, reliable, and confidentiality required. Certification or diploma in accounting is a plus.
