Job Description
We are hiring a Research Consultant to lead analysis and reporting for policy and program evaluations. You will design studies, manage data collection, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Key duties include cleaning and analyzing datasets, creating visualizations, drafting technical and executive reports, presenting findings to stakeholders, and ensuring methodological rigor.
Requirements: Master’s degree in social science, statistics, economics, or related field; 3+ years research experience; proficiency in R/Python/Stata and visualization tools; strong communication skills.
