Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Research Associate to support our business development team. This role focuses on identifying and researching prospective clients, gathering accurate contact information, and ensuring our sales pipeline is built on high-quality data.
- Identify and research prospective companies using tools such as Kasper, Lusha, Google,
- LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Gather and verify essential information, including company size, industry, location, and relevant decision-makers.
- Source accurate contact details such as names, job titles, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Organize and maintain detailed records of research findings within our CRM/database.
- Ensure all data is accurate, relevant, and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Deliver prospect lists and insights that directly support the sales and business development teams.
- Stay up to date with new tools and methods to improve research efficiency.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 yrs experience in lead generation, online research, or prospecting.
- Strong knowledge of research tools such as Kasper, Lusha, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and presenting research.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of data protection regulations and ethical data practices.
Preferred Skills
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Industry knowledge in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry (a plus, not essential).
- Ability to assess and prioritize prospects based on potential value.
