Job Description
We are hiring an Intermediate Customer Success Agent to manage client relationships, ensure product adoption, and drive retention. You will be the primary contact for mid-market customers and coordinate with product and support teams.
Responsibilities: onboarding, regular check-ins, handling escalations, monitoring customer health, and advocating customer needs internally.
Requirements: 2–4 years in customer success or support, excellent communication, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
