Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage top talent across channels, build candidate pipelines, and support hiring managers.
Responsibilities: perform targeted sourcing, screen resumes, map talent markets, manage ATS entries, and coordinate interviews.
Requirements: 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, strong communication and research skills, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
