Job Description
We are seeking a VAT Refund Specialist to manage tourist VAT reclaim processes, verify invoices and customs documentation, and ensure compliance with local tax laws. Responsibilities include reviewing claims, coordinating with customs and payment partners, preparing accurate refund paperwork, maintaining records, and resolving customer queries. The ideal candidate has one to three years’ experience in VAT or tax refund operations, strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus), and the ability to work under deadlines.
