Responsibilities:

About the Role: As the Client Relations Assistant, you’ll ensure our clients feel valued and supported throughout their legal journey. You will be the key point of contact between our clients and our legal team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication. You’ll assist in client onboarding, gathering feedback, and supporting various marketing initiatives, all while contributing to an excellent client experience.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the start.
  • Maintain and update client records in our management system with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with solicitors and caseworkers to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant materials are organized.
  • Conduct follow-ups to gather client feedback and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client communications such as emails, newsletters, and event invitations.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting client-centered events and projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the legal team and contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in managing client information and records.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the legal team.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a legal or professional services environment, is a plus but not required.

Work Arrangement:

  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday 5PM to 2AM , 9-Hour Workday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
