Job Description
Desco, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Human Resources On-the-Job Trainee. This role is ideal for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
Qualifications: Must be detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Responsibilities include documentation and filing.
Requirements: Updated resume, proof of enrollment, school ID, endorsement letter, MOA, OJT program outline, vaccine card, and insurance.
Job Type: OJT (Contract length: 2 months). Benefits include free parking and staff meals.
