Job Description

The Brokerage Releasing Associate is responsible for aiding the Brokerage Customs Releasing Team, processor and coordinators by ensuring timely and accurate release of goods by coordinating with various department and stakeholders, preparing the necessary documents, and overseeing financial processes related to customs, shipping, and transport.

Routinary Responsibilities:

Shipment Handling FCL/ LCL Import and (FCL/LCL) Export.

In-charge of Payment Requisition.

Process related payment of charges, fees or taxes.

Preparation and execution of Carrier/ Forwarder and port charges payment.

Sending of daily forecast of required funds to Accounting and Finance Department for customs clearance charges.

Sending heads up of confirmed and tentative releasing to Transport Department and Accounting and Finance Department.

Sending final booking to Transport Department and coordination on gatepass and/ or releasing.

Preparation of Auto-generated Official Receipt (AOR) from shipping lines and International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI).

Preparation of costing report based from processing up to releasing of customs clearance and to submit to designated CSR.

Preparation of PEZA/ Local summary of shipments.

Submission of Progress Report of shipments to designated CSR every morning and afternoon.

Monitor status of all live shipments via portal and vasp and on field.

Other Responsiblities:

Performs other related duties that maybe assigned to which will be necessary for Brokerage Department.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or relevant course.

Licensed Customs Broker (LC) is a plus but not required.

With at least 1 year of related experience to the position.

With excellent written and verbal communication.

Willing to be assigned in Malate, Manila.

Willing to start as soon as possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
