Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience onboarding or managing US-based clients
- Fluent, professional spoken and written English
- Ability to lead structured client conversations independently
- Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, or Tech Support
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly without scripts
What You Will Do:
- Provide first class client service.
- Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism and respect with every client interaction.
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and programs.
- Make recommendations according to the client’s needs for features and added values.
- Update client information in the CRM during and after each call as needed.
- Build confidence in the program and build rapport with clients.
- Communicate with clients through email and SMS as needed and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with the client to complete any missing pieces of the campaign.
- Provide each client with solutions the first time they call in.
- Attend morning and weekly training.
- Manage incoming cases from customer emails within 24 hours as assigned by team lead.
- Report customer feedback and patterns to management.
