Job Description
We seek an experienced Retail Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will manage staff, optimize merchandising, and ensure KPI targets are met.
Key responsibilities: supervise and coach team, control inventory, implement promotions, analyze sales data, and maintain store standards and loss prevention.
Requirements: 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Degree or equivalent preferred. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
