Key Responsibilities:
- Execute jobs per documentation requirements.
- Meet department SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide high service quality through accurate task completion.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; logistics/management preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO/logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office and English communication.
