Job Description

As a Lead Qualifier you will evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness, conduct discovery calls, log interactions in CRM, and schedule qualified prospects for account executives. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead criteria, track conversion metrics, and help maintain clean lead data. Ideal candidates have strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and a results-oriented mindset. Previous sales development or customer service experience is a plus.
