Job Description
Digicore seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR systems. You will manage full-cycle hiring, interviews, background checks, and create welcoming onboarding; advise employees, resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance; administer performance reviews, training, payroll accuracy, and HRIS (Workday/Sprout/SAP). Requirements: 5–10 years HR management experience, bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication, confidentiality, HRIS proficiency; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus. Full-time, on-site. Salary Php60,00–85,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, additional leave, company events, promotion opportunities, and pay raises.
