Job Description
Join Digital Workforce Global as an Employee Relations & Engagement Officer. Hybrid (2–3x weekly onsite) — Makati or Clark. You will manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, onboarding/offboarding, internal communications, engagement programs, surveys, recognition events, and reinforce company culture. Requirements: bachelor’s in HRM/Psychology or related; 2–3 years’ experience in employee relations/HR operations; knowledge of Philippine labor laws; strong communication, conflict-resolution, analytical skills; discretion; HR/analytics tools a plus. Full-time role where HR is a strategic partner to boost morale and organizational culture.
