Job Description
We seek a dedicated Foreman / Safety Officer to join our solar energy team. Responsibilities: implement and enforce safety policies on site; conduct inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments; ensure DOLE/OSHA compliance; deliver COSH trainings and toolbox talks; monitor PPE, tools and electrical safety; lead incident investigations and corrective actions; maintain permits and safety records; support emergency response planning; promote a safety-first culture. Qualifications: Engineering/Industrial/Technical graduate; valid COSH Certificate and TESDA NC II (preferably Electrical Installation & Maintenance); 2–3 years safety officer experience in solar or electrical construction; strong leadership and communication; physically fit for site assignments. Full-time, Php25,00–35,00/month, on-site.
