Job Description
DIY HARDWARE seeks a hands-on, analytical Category Buyer to manage in-house brands (WORKMAN, DIY Home) and smaller categories. You will own product planning, development, store and online sales monitoring (Shopee, TikTok), inventory allocation, slow-stock actions, and cross-team promotion coordination. Also handle procurement, pricing, vendor review and warehouse coordination for minor departments. Requirements: retail buying or category management experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, background in import/product development advantageous, organized, proactive, and collaborative. Full-time, permanent; Php25,00–35,00/month; in-person. Benefits include promotion opportunities, pay raises, and provided transportation service.
