Job Description
We are seeking a qualified HR Recruiter to join our team at DMCI Homes. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of BS in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong decision-making abilities.
This is a contract position lasting 6 months, with an immediate start date. Responsibilities include preparing and posting job openings, sourcing candidates via various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, assessing applicants’ qualifications, and onboarding new hires.
