Job Description
The Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day support operations for the Centralized Internet Project at DMCI Homes. Responsibilities include scheduling technical support teams, tracking service concerns, managing documentation, and serving as a communication bridge between teams and vendors.
Qualifications: Graduate in IT, Business Administration, or related field with 1-year technical coordination experience. Strong organizational skills are required. Must work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City.
Duties: Coordinate support scheduling, maintain documentation, process billing, and communicate with internal teams.
