Job Description
DMCI Homes seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team. Recruit, train, coach and monitor agents; expand clients; prepare reports/forecasts; track market activity. Requirements: 5+ years in real estate or sales management; PRC/HLURB salesperson registration preferred; existing team of 4–5 preferred. Compensation: allowance PHP25,00–60,00, team override 0.8% TCP, personal commission 3.6% TCP, advertising support. Full-time, in-person; starting pay PHP25,00/month.
