Job Description
Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp. is seeking a dedicated Commercial Building Manager to oversee the commercial functions of Döhle Haus Manila. This includes managing both dormitory operations and office space occupancy, as well as tenant relations and administration of housekeeping and security services.
Key responsibilities include ensuring full occupancy, executing marketing campaigns, performing tenant management, and conducting market research related to building operations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, plus a minimum of five years of experience in commercial building management.
Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills.
