Job Description
As Shift Manager you will lead store prep, motivate staff to deliver energetic service, maintain cleanliness and equipment, drive local promotions, coach servers on suggestive selling, build guest loyalty, and recognize top performers. Requirement: Bachelor’s in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management or related; preferably experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Branch Supervisor and 1 year shift manager experience. Full-time permanent; pay from Php17,00/month; benefits include health insurance, staff meals, employee discounts, extra leave, events and promotion opportunities. Work location: On the road.
