Job Description
We’re hiring a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at Don’t Blame The Kids Apparel Co., Greenhills, San Juan. Oversee store workflow, supervise and train staff, manage inventory, ensure merchandising and cleanliness standards, handle customer inquiries and returns, and drive sales performance. Candidate must be a college graduate with prior retail supervisory experience, flexible for weekends and holidays, and available to work on-site.
