Job Description
DoubleDragon is seeking a Front Office Associate. Candidates should be a Hospitality Management graduate or related, computer literate (MS Word/Excel), flexible with schedule, trainable, proactive team player, detail-oriented, and effective in written and verbal communication; ability to handle stress is required. Hotel experience is preferable. Key responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, cashiering, courteous telephone handling, managing reservation emails and guest inquiries about rates and facilities, and sending night audit reports to concerned departments. We seek a fast learner with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
