Job Description
The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping department to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, scheduling, conducting inspections, managing inventory and budgets, implementing safety and sanitation procedures, and coordinating with front office and maintenance. Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience in hotels or resorts, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and the ability to work flexible shifts. A diploma in hospitality or relevant training is preferred.
