Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to provide process and technical consulting services to our clients. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions while engaging with clients to define requirements and manage changes.
Responsibilities include leading workshops, building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality, mentoring junior team members, and participating in pre-sales activities. Applicants should preferably hold certifications such as ServiceNow Administrator and CIS-ITSM.
